With Viofo A129 dash cam you not only will get sharp images but it also automatically balances the lighting at overly bright and dark areas using the upgraded 7-Glass F1.8 aperture lens and WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology.
It comes with Buffered Parking Mode which detects the collision beforehand and starts capturing the event around your FORD
To effectively use parking mode, it is better to buy VIOFO HK3 hardwire cable separately.

Does Viofo A129 dash cam work if connected to OBD port?
No, native OBD port is not supported.
Can you use the screen and rear cam as a backup cam setup?
Not advised as the screen is too small to use as a backup camera.
It is of enough size to hold it in your hand and view the footage, so in case of emergency you don’t have to waste time transfering files to your system.

Rexing V360 dash cam comes with one Lithium-ion battery and the built-in supercapacitor serves only to store emergency file backups.please always keep the dash cam plugged in.
It is possible that the USB port in the car will not provide enough power for the dash cam, so please use the car charger that comes with the dashcam, or use the Rexing hardwire kit (Sold separately).

Anti-file Corruption Technology will protect your video files from getting lost if ever the Thinkware memory card gets corrupted.
It records video files in 1 min(60 seconds) segments, so if your FOCUS ever get into an accident, the super capacitor will power the Thinkware U1000 dash cam for enough time to secure the footage into the Micro SD card.
Along with motion and impact detection, Thinkware cloud 2.0 service is provided so you can view live footage and get altered about any impact around your FORD.

Does Thinkware U1000 work if my glass already is tinted?
yes, you can increase the brightness if you are still unsatisfied (less likely), just erase the small area (dot) of the tinted glass where the dash cam views.
